What you're buying

Each purchase is a digital download of a full-resolution photo file. Your photos appear in My photos as soon as payment is confirmed, and you can download them from there.

All sales are final

Because photos are delivered instantly as digital files, purchases are not refundable. Check the watermarked preview before you buy to make sure it's the shot you want.

If we issue a refund

SurfMugs may choose to refund an order, for example if you were charged twice or the file is damaged. Any refund is the amount you paid less the card processing fee charged by our payment processor, Stripe, which isn't returned to us when a payment is refunded.

Once an order is refunded, its photos are removed from My photos and can no longer be downloaded.
